MintFlow (Microenvironment-induced and INtrinsic Transcriptomic FLOWs) is a package for generating disentangled intrinsic and microenvironment-induced gene expression vectors from spatial transcriptomics data. MintFlow is interoperable with AnnData objects. The package is developed and maintained by the Lotfollahi Lab at the Wellcome Sanger Institute.
